At Global Wedding Services, we are committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and professional experience for our clients, partners, and staff. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards we expect from all involved in our events and operations.


1. Professionalism

  • All staff, vendors, and partners must maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times.
  • Punctuality, clear communication, and respect for client preferences are mandatory.
  • We expect all team members to dress appropriately and conduct themselves with decorum during events and meetings.

2. Respect & Inclusion

  • Discrimination or harassment of any kind (based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, etc.) will not be tolerated.
  • All clients and collaborators are to be treated with dignity, fairness, and courtesy.

3. Integrity & Honesty

  • All representations about services, pricing, or availability must be accurate and honest.
  • Conflicts of interest must be disclosed as soon as they arise.
  • Bribes, kickbacks, or unethical incentives are strictly prohibited.

4. Confidentiality

  • Any personal or sensitive information shared by clients must be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Photographs, videos, or other media from events may only be used for promotional purposes with prior written consent from the client.

5. Safety & Cleanliness

  • We are committed to upholding high safety standards at all events.
  • Clean and hygienic environments must be maintained during the planning and execution of all weddings and related services.

6. Accountability

  • Any breach of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, termination of partnerships, or removal from active projects.
