Global Wedding Services – Refund Policy

Effective Date: 24 April 2025

At Global Wedding Services, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure client satisfaction. If for any reason you need to cancel or modify your booking, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Deposits

  • All deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Cancellations

  • 30+ days before the event: 75% of the remaining balance (excluding deposit) will be refunded.
  • 15–29 days before the event: 50% of the remaining balance (excluding deposit) will be refunded.
  • Less than 15 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.

3. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), we may offer:

  • Rescheduling at no additional cost (subject to availability), or
  • A credit voucher valid for future services.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
