Global Wedding Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of services provided by Global Wed (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for weddings held globally. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
We offer a range of wedding-related services including but not limited to:
- Wedding planning and coordination
- Venue booking and decoration
- Photography and videography
- Event rentals
- Online purchase of wedding attire, accessories, and gifts
Custom packages may be provided based on individual preferences and local regulations.
2. Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book services. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3. Booking and Payment
- Bookings must be confirmed via written agreement and deposit payment.
- A non-refundable deposit of [X]% is required to secure services.
- Full payment must be made no later than [X days] before the event date.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- If cancellation occurs:

5. Changes to Services

- Changes made less than 30 days before the event are not guaranteed.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely responses.
- Ensure all necessary legal permissions are obtained for international events.
- Inform us of any cultural or religious considerations relevant to the event.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule services.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the event unless caused by our negligence.
- Third-party vendor performance is subject to their own terms and conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including images and materials provided by us, remains our intellectual property and may not be reused without our written permission.
10. Governing Law
